摘要 人工裂缝和井筒夹角小,或固井质量不足无法进行机械分隔等情况,需要对水平井进行改进,对此部分油田采用了暂堵转向重复压裂的技术方式进行解决。利用暂堵剂选择用量、暂堵次数的优化,实现暂堵转向重复压裂方案的改进,建立对应的施工参数优化方法,配套重复压裂工艺管柱,低渗透水平井暂堵转向重复压裂的现场应用取得了较为理想的增产效果,并且水平井的生产周期也得到了延长。文章以暂堵转向重复压裂技术及应用展开论述,以期为后续相关项目提供理论指导。 With small angle of artificial cracks and shaft or insufficient well quality for mechanical separation,the horizontal well needs to be improved,using the technical method of temporary blocking to repeated cracking.The optimization of selection dosage and number of temporary blocking agent realizes the improvement of repeated fracturing scheme,establishes the corresponding construction parameter optimization method,columns supporting repeated fracturing process,and the field application of low permeability horizontal well to repeated fracturing has achieved ideal yield effect,and the production cycle of horizontal well has been extended.The paper discussed the technology and application,and provided theoretical guidance for subsequent related projects.
