摘要
海洋石油属于高风险行业,对员工的综合素质有较高的要求。作为提高技能水平和安全意识的重要手段,如何加强企业培训管理成为一项重要课题。因工作场所、工作性质的特殊性,海洋石油企业在培训管理方面存在管理制度不完善、模式创新不足、参培成本高等诸多问题,通过建立“互联网+”培训平台、完善管理制度、抓好新员工教育等7项创新措施,有效提升了企业的培训管理水平,为优化企业人力资源,实现企业的安全高质量发展提供了有力保障。
Offshore oil is a high-risk industry and has high requirements on the overall quality of its employees.As an important means to improve skills and safety awareness,how to strengthen corporate training management has become an important topic.Due to the particularity of the workplace and the nature of the work,offshore oil companies have many problems in training management,such as imperfect management systems,insuff icient model innovation,and high training costs.Seven measures including the establishment of an“Internet+”training platform and improvement of the management system have been adopted,which effectively improves the training management level of the enterprise,and provides a strong guarantee for optimizing the human resources of the enterprise and realizing the safe and high-quality development of the enterprise.
