摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校教学活动的重要一环,但在实施的过程中却存在诸多问题。文章将基于PDCA循环理论,以广州工程技术职业学院应用化工技术为试点专业,设计并实施了一套全新的顶岗实习方案。方案按照“计划—执行—检查—处理”四个阶段进行设计,在执行阶段又对每一个小的实习模块运用PDCA循环理论,以“大环套小环”的方式,将PDCA循环理论全面应用到顶岗实习的管理中来。实践表明,该理论能够较好地应用于顶岗实习的质量管理,能够切实提高学生的实习质量。
Substituted post exercitation is an important part of teaching activities in higher vocational colleges,but there are many problems in the process of implementation,which can not achieve the expected effect.Based on the PDCA cycle theory,this paper designs and implements a new internship program with 2017 grade applied chemical technology as the pilot specialty.The program is designed according to the four stages of“plan-implementation-inspection-treatment”.In the implementation stage,the PDCA cycle theory is applied to every small practice module,and the PDCA cycle theory is fully applied in the quality management of substituted post exercitation in the way of“big ring sets small ring”.Practice shows that the theory can be better applied to the quality management of substituted post exercitation,and can effectively improve the quality of students’practice.
