摘要
压力容器的定期检验是保障设备安全的有效方法。容器壁的腐蚀减薄是一种常见的设备缺陷,也是定期检验中的一项重要内容。不同安全等级压力容器的定期检验周期不同,由于设备使用环境多变、腐蚀的成因复杂,腐蚀规律并不明显。在储气罐的检验中发现,即便是在规定的定期检验周期内,设备壁面也会发生比较严重的腐蚀减薄现象。由此可见,设备的检验周期需要根据实际使用情况适时调整。同时,文章还分析了腐蚀的成因,提出了设备定期检验的建议。
Periodical inspection of pressure containers is an effective approach to ensure the equipment safety.The wall thickness reduction caused by corrosion of pressure containers is one of the common equipment def iciencies,and it is also an important item in periodical inspection.The inspection cycles are different for the pressure containers with different safety levels.Due to the various operating environments of equipment and complicated reasons that causes corrosion,the corrosion patterns are not clear.In the inspection of an air storage tank,it is found that even within the prescribed inspection cycle,the wall thickness reduction caused by corrosion would also occur on the equipment surface.This indicates that the inspection cycle should be adjusted appropriately according to the operation conditions.Meanwhile,in this paper,the reasons of corrosion are analyzed and suggestions on periodical inspection are proposed.
