摘要
三相分离器是油田进行油气水分离的初级处理设备,其主要依靠油气水三相的密度差实现自然沉降分离。在油水分离中,混合室内油水界面高度的高低直接影响着分离器出口水相含油量的高低及油相含水的高低,并最终影响油田外输含水率及注入水含油浓度。文章阐述了原油三相分离器的工作原理、分类及结构,针对卧式三相分离器如何确定其油水界面高度进行了理论推导并结合油田现场实际进行了计算分析,为提高三相分离器油水分离效果提供了指导。
Three-phase separator is the primary treatment equipment for oil-gas-water separation,it mainly depends on the density difference of oil,gas and water to achieve natural settlement separation.In oil-water separation,the height of the oil-water interface in the mixing chamber directly affects the oil content of the water phase and the water content of the oil phase at the outlet of the separator,f inally it affects the water content transported outside of oil f ield and oil content of injected water.This thesis describes the working principle,classif ication and structure of crude oil three-phase separator,based on theoretical derivation and computational analysis,determining the horizontal three-phase separator oil-water interface height,provides guidance for improving the oil-water separation effect of three-phase separator.
