摘要
采用自主研发的熔融盐高温焚烧工艺处置30 t/d医化企业含盐固废,并建成示范工程,实现高含盐废弃物的减量化、无害化和稳定化处置。医化企业含盐固废高温熔融焚烧系统的运行结果表明:熔融温度1100℃,停留时间3 s,天然气耗量控制在200 Nm^(3)/t。熔融产物钠盐回收率98.47%,熔融产物的浸出毒性满足标准GB 5085.3—2007。焚烧尾气经过“陶瓷多管除尘+SNCR-SCR联合脱硝+低温空预器+脱酸塔+(活性炭喷射系统)+布袋除尘器”处理,NO_(x)、SO_(2)和HCl去除效率分别为85%、96%、95%。示范工程的连续平稳运行,表明含盐固废高温熔融处置工艺工业化的可行性。
The high temperature incineration process is used to dispose of 30 t/d salty solid waste in medical enterprises,and thus building a demonstration project to achieve high salt waste reduction and stable disposal.The results show that the melting temperature is 1100℃and the retention time is 3s.The natural gas consumption is controlled at 200 Nm^(3)/t.The recovery rate of sodium salt is up to 98.47%,and the leaching toxicity of molten product meets the requirements of the standard(GB 5085.3—2007).Incinerationflue gas is purif icated by these processes:ceramic multitube dust removal,SNCR-SCR joint denitrif ication,low temperature air prep,acid removal tower,(active carbon injection system)and cloth bag dust remover,and the removal eff iciency of NO_(x),SO_(2) and HCl is 85%,96%and 95%,respectively.The continuous and smooth operation of the project shows the feasibility of industrialization of the high temperature melting disposal process of salty solid waste.
