摘要
动态环境调节能力是促进集群空间升级的基本条件,较高的动态能力能够促进集群在不同地域空间资源重新整合与匹配,从而提升集群空间升级稳定性。针对目前我国先进制造业集群空间重构效率低、产业重组结构不稳等问题,构建集群空间升级动力模型,基于动态能力关系调节分析,提出一种犹豫模糊双向投影多属性评估方法,得出不同行业集群空间升级稳定性最优区间,查找不同空间升级模式下集群动态能力关键影响要素。结果表明该方法可综合判定集群空间升级稳定性水平高低,为集群资源要素整合、流动,形成高效稳定的产业空间升级战略提供决策参考。
Dynamic environment adjustment ability is a basic condition for promoting cluster space upgrade and can improve the stability of the cluster space upgrade because higher dynamic capabilities can improve the reintegration and matching of the cluster's spatial resources in different regions.This paper addresses some existing problems such as the low efficiency of spatial restructuring of China's advanced manufacturing clusters and the unstable structure of industrial restructuring.Based on the adjustment analysis based on the dynamic capability relationship,this paper builds a dynamic model of cluster space upgrade,proposes a multi-attribute evaluation method of hesitant fuzzy bidirectional projection,seeks the optimal range of cluster spatial upgrade stability in different industries,and searches for the key influencing factors of cluster dynamic capabilities in different spatial upgrade modes.As such,this paper can provide decision-making reference for the integration and flow of cluster resources and the formation of an efficient and stable industrial space upgrade strategy.
