摘要
学业负担产生和存在于学校教育时间之内。从时间角度来说,它的产生与学校教育时间治理中的以下几方面问题密切相关一是对教师和学生时间主体地位的剥夺;二是对学生自由时间和空间的极度压缩;三是对当下时间意义的忽视;四是效率至上的教学和学习文化。政府的减负之所以一直举步维艰、成效甚微,与减负的时间和教育时间、社会时间不同步有关,还与减负政策中对“人”的忽视以及简单地将减负等同于减时间有关。未来需要处理好减负的节奏和推进力度、促进“人”的显现以及调整时间管理方法,以此消解教育中的紧张感、压力感和焦虑感,营造充满张力、生命力和活力的教育时间氛围。
The academic burden arises in the school education time.To be more specific,it arising is related to the following problems in governance of school education time:the deprivation of the time subject of teachers and students;the extreme compression of students’free time and space;the ignorance of the meaning of current time;and the priority of an efficient teaching and learning culture.The governments’efforts to reduce burden are reduced to be in vain.Such a situation is resulted not only from the lack of synchronization between the burden reduction time at one end and social and school education time at the other,but also from the neglect of“humanity”and simply equating burden reduction with time reduction.To break the chain,it is necessary to deal with the pace of burden reduction and advancement,promote the appearance of“humanity”and adjust time management methods,so as to eliminate tension,pressure and anxiety in education,thus creating an education time atmosphere full of tension and vitality.
