《中共中央关于党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验的决议》立足唯物主义历史观,对党的百年奋斗史进行系统回顾与总结,是中国共产党人深刻凝练“四个阶段”伟大成就的历史必然、始终坚持“两个结合”现实要求的理论必然、坚定遵循“十个坚持”历史经验的实践必然与奋力彰显“两个创造”世界意义的发展必然。《决议》是当代中国共产党人对百年党史的现实淬炼,对中国共产党带领全国人民开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程具有重大的指导意义。

Based on the historical materialism,the Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Ma⁃jor Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century makes a systematic review and summary of the Party's centennial struggle history.It is the historical necessity for the Chinese communists to deeply condense the great achievements of the"four stages",the theoretical necessity to always adhere to the practical requirements of the"two combinations",the practical necessity to firmly follow the historical experience of the"ten insistences",and the development necessity to strive to highlight the world significance of the"two creations".The Resolution is a realistic refinement of the centennial party history by contemporary Chinese communists,and has great guiding significance for the CPC to lead the people of the whole country on the new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.
