在脱贫攻坚中建立和完善的中国特色反贫困责任、政策、投入、动员、监督、考核等六大制度体系,为中国共产党带领人民在中国特色反贫困道路上创造的历史性成就提供了制度保障。中国特色反贫困制度体系彰显了党的集中统一领导、人民当家作主、集中力量办大事、坚持走共同富裕道路的显著优势。在新时代的新发展阶段,我国贫困治理的重点转向相对贫困。坚持和发展中国特色反贫困制度体系,建立解决相对贫困的长效机制,对于推进相对贫困治理具有重要意义。

The six systems of anti-poverty responsibility,policy,investment,mobilization,supervision,and assessment with Chi⁃nese characteristics established and improved in the fight against poverty provide an institutional guarantee for the historic achieve⁃ment created by the people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China on the road of anti-poverty with Chinese charac⁃teristics.The anti-poverty system with Chinese characteristics shows the remarkable advantages of the Party's centralized and uni⁃fied leadership,the people being the masters of the country,concentrating on major events,and adhering to the road of common prosperity.In the new development stage of the new era,the focus of poverty control in China has shifted to relative poverty.Adher⁃ing to and developing the anti-poverty system with Chinese characteristics and establishing a long-term mechanism to solve rela⁃tive poverty are of great significance to promote the governance of relative poverty.
