后脱贫时代乡村文化共同体建构路径研究

加强新时代农村精神文明建设是提高乡村社会文明程度的重要举措。进入后脱贫时代,建构乡村文化共同体具有巩固脱贫攻坚精神成果、匡正乡村社会价值观念、契合“新农人”更高精神追求等重要战略意义。当前,建构乡村文化共同体面临内生动力不足、资源配置结构性失衡、逐利逻辑替代公益逻辑等行动困境。在乡村振兴的重要历史节点,要以巩固脱贫攻坚成果的五年过渡期为契机,着力化解乡村文化共同体建构中的多重困境,建构契合时代发展与农民内在需求的乡村文化共同体,为乡村振兴提供强大精神原动力。

Strengthening the construction of rural spiritual civilization in the new era is an important measure to improve the de⁃gree of rural social civilization.In the post poverty alleviation era,the construction of rural cultural community has important strate⁃gic significance,such as consolidating the spiritual achievements of poverty alleviation,correcting rural social values,and meeting the higher spiritual pursuit of"new peasants".At present,the construction of rural cultural community is faced with action dilem⁃mas such as insufficient endogenous power,structural imbalance of resource allocation,profit seeking logic replacing public wel⁃fare logic and so on.At the important historical node of rural revitalization,we should take the five-year transition period of consoli⁃dating the achievements of poverty alleviation as an opportunity to resolve the multiple difficulties in the construction of rural cul⁃tural community,build a rural cultural community that meets the development of the times and the internal needs of peasants,and provide a strong spiritual driving force for rural revitalization.
