Design and application of safety verification record sheet for outpatient surgery

目的:自行设计门诊手术安全核查记录单,探讨其临床应用效果。方法:将门诊手术安全核查与围手术期护理记录整合为一张表格,应用于临床,对两组患者安全隐患事件发生情况及患者满意度进行比较。结果:核查单使用后,在门诊手术安全隐患事件发生情况及患者术后满意度方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:使用门诊手术安全核查记录单能规范门诊手术的安全核查,完善护理记录,保障患者安全,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To design an outpatient surgical safety checklist and explore its clinical application effect.Methods:Integrate outpatient surgery safety check and perioperative nursing records into one form for clinical application.Then compare the two groups of patients with safety hazards and patient satisfaction.Results:After using the outpatient surgery safety checklist,there was a statistically significant differences in the incidence of safety hazard in outpatient surgery and postoperative patient satisfaction(P<0.01).Conclusion:The use of outpatient surgical safety checklist can standardize the safety verification of outpatient surgery,improve nursing records,ensure patient safety,and improve patients satisfaction.
