摘要
目的:探讨OKR(目标和关键成果)管理法在健康管理中心护理管理中的应用价值。方法:选取某健康管理中心38名护理人员作为研究对象进行自我对照研究,2019年1月-12月采用传统管理法进行管理,2020年1月-12月采用OKR管理法进行管理,比较实施前后护理人员的工作满意度、职业成长、一般自我效能感以及体检客户满意度。结果:护理人员综合能力(员工工作满意度、职业成长、一般自我效能感)以及体检客户的满意度,实施后的均高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义。结论:应用OKR管理法可促进护理人员综合能力的提升,同时促进团队协作,提高工作效率,进而提高体检客户满意度。
Objective:To evaluate OKR(Objectives&Key Result)method in nursing management of health management center.Methods:A self-controlled study of 38 nursing staff in a health management center were conducted.The traditional nursing management was performed from January to December 2019,and the OKR nursing management was performed from January to December 2020.Job satisfaction,career growth,general self-efficacy of the nursing staff and satisfaction of physical examination clients before and after the nursing managements were compared.Results:Compared with traditional managements,OKR nursing managements could significantly improve comprehensive ability of nursing staff(job satisfaction,career growth,general selfefficacy)and the satisfaction of physical examination clients.Conclusions:OKR nursing management can promote the comprehensive ability of nursing staff,enhance teamwork,improve work efficiency,and thus improving the satisfaction of physical examination clients.
