齐拉西酮、度洛西汀治疗抑郁症合并躯体症状的疗效

The efficacy of ziprasidone and duloxetine in the treatment of depression with physical symptoms

目的:探讨齐拉西酮联合度洛西汀治疗抑郁症合并躯体症状的疗效及血清神经递质、生活质量的影响。方法:选择某医院接诊的85例抑郁症合并躯体症状的患者进行研究,通过随机数表法分为观察组(45例)和对照组(40例),对照组患者给予度洛西汀治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合齐拉西酮治疗,均连续治疗8周。比较两组患者临床疗效、生活质量(SF-36量表)。结果:治疗后,观察组患者临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者SF-36量表中生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康和总体健康评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:齐拉西酮联合度洛西汀用于治疗抑郁症合并躯体症状患者效果显著,有助于调节血清递质表达,缓解抑郁、躯体症状,提高生活质量,且不增加药物不良反应,安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of ziprasidone combined with duloxetine in the treatment of depression with physical symptoms and its effects on serum neurotransmitters and quality of life.Methods:A total of 85 patients with depression and physical symptoms admitted to hospital were selected for the study.They were divided into an observation group of 45 cases and a control group of 40 cases by random number table method.The control group was given dulox In the treatment of oxetine while the observation group was treated with ziprasidone on the basis of the control group,and the treatment was continued for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy and quality of life(SF-36 scale)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,energy,social function,emotional function,mental health and overall health in the SF-36 scale of the observation group were all significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ziprasidone combined with duloxetine has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with depression and physical symptoms.It is helpful to regulate the expression of serum transmitters,relieve depression and physical symptoms,improve quality of life,and does not increase adverse drug reactions,and has high safety.
