Comparison of the effect of multiple root canal therapy and one root canal therapy on dental pulp diseases

目的:探讨牙体牙髓疾病行多次根管与一次根管治疗效果。方法:研究对象为在医院接受治疗的88例牙体牙髓疾病患者,根据时间段和治疗方法的不同分为研究组和对照组(各44例)。对照组患者予以多次根管治疗,研究组患者予以一次根管治疗。结果:研究组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者疼痛感情况好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者满意率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在为牙体牙髓疾病患者进行治疗的过程中,为患者予以一次根管治疗能够获得更好的效果,患者疼痛情况更低,效果十分显著,值得积极应用和推广。

Objective:To study the effect of multiple root canal and one-time root canal therapy for dental pulp diseases.Methods:88 patients with dental pulp diseases treated in the hospital were divided into study group and control group(44 cases in each group)according to different time periods and treatment methods.The patients in the control group were treated with multiple root canal therapy,and the patients in the study group were treated with one root canal therapy.Results:the excellent rate of treatment in the study group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction rate:the study group higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the process of treating patients with dental pulp diseases,onetime root canal therapy for patients can obtain better results,lower pain,and the effect is very significant.It should be actively applied and popularized.
