基于坚强概念的护理干预对改善肝癌介入患者临床症状和生活质量的效果

Evaluation of the effect of nursing intervention model based on the concept of toughness on improving the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with liver cancer intervention

目的:探讨基于坚强概念护理干预模式对肝癌介入患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取在某医院行肝癌介入治疗的78例患者作为研究对象,分成实验组和对照组,实验组通过改变认知、疼痛管理、术后行为、饮食指导,以及纳入家庭共同参与的模式提高坚强面。对照组实行常规护理干预。干预2个月后观察护理满意度,生命质量测定量表QLICP(V2.0)测评,比较两组患者生命质量。结果:相比对照组,实验组患者护理满意度和生命质量评价得分均升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于坚强概念的护理干预模式可以良好地改善肝癌介入患者的生命质量与临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:This article explores the impact of nursing intervention mode on the quality of life of patients with liver cancer intervention with a strong concept.Method:78 patients who underwent interventional therapy for liver cancer in hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group.Improve your strength through changes in cognition,pain management,postoperative behavior,dietary guidance,and family participation.The nursing satisfaction was observed after 2 months of intervention,and the quality of life measurement scale QLICP(V2.0)was used to compare the quality of life between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction and quality of life evaluation scores in the experimental group increased,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention model based on the concept of robustness in this study can improve the quality of life and clinical symptoms of interventional patients with liver cancer,and it is worthy of clinical application.
