FMEA护理管理模式对高血压并发脑出血患者再出血的防控效果

The effect of FMEA nursing management model on the prevention and control of rebleeding in patients with hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨失效模式和影响分析(FMEA)护理管理模式在高血压并发脑出血中的应用效果。方法:选取医院121例高血压并发脑出血患者,按入院时间分组。参照组60例患者予以常规护理,实验组61例患者在参照组基础上予以FMEA护理管理模式。比较两组依从性、护理工作满意度、干预前后再出血风险系数(RPN值)。结果:实验组患者的治疗依从率高于参照组(P<0.05);干预后两组患者RPN值均降低,且实验组患者低于参照组(P<0.05);实验组患者护理工作满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:FMEA护理管理模式能提高高血压并发脑出血患者治护依从性,降低再出血风险,提升对护理工作认可度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)nursing management model in hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 121 patients with hypertension and cerebral hemorrhage in hospital from were selected and grouped according to the time of admission.60 cases in the reference group were given routine care,and 61 cases in the test group were given FMEA nursing management mode on the basis of the reference group.The compliance,nursing job satisfaction,and risk coefficient of rebleeding(RPN value)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the RPN values of both groups decreased after the intervention,and the experimental group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05);The nursing job satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The FMEA nursing management model can improve the compliance of patients with hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage,reduce the risk of rebleeding,and improve the recognition of nursing work.
