流程化护理在恶性淋巴瘤靶向治疗中的应用及对睡眠质量影响

Application of flow nursing in targeted treatment of malignant lymphoma and influence for sleep quality

目的:观察分析流程化护理在恶性淋巴瘤靶向治疗中的应用及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:将医院收治的66例需行瘤靶向治疗的恶性淋巴瘤患者随机分为参照组(常规护理组)和流程组(流程化护理组),每组各33例。比较两组患者护理前后的心理状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)]及睡眠情况(CPC睡眠质量评估系统)、不良反应发生情况。结果:护理前两组患者的SDS评分、SAS评分、PSQI评分及睡眠总时间、深睡眠时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后流程组患者的SDS评分、SAS评分及PSQI评分均显著低于参照组,睡眼总时间和深睡眠时间均显著长于参照组,流程组不良反应发生率显著低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:流程化护理可改善恶性淋巴瘤靶向治疗患者的心理状态和睡眠质量,降低不良反应发生率,从而提升其生活质量,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Objective:To observe and analyze the application of flow nursing in targeted treatment of malignant lymphoma and the influence for sleep quality.Methods:66 patients with malignant lymphoma who needed targeted therapy in hospital were randomly divided into reference group(routine nursing group)and process group(flow nursing group)with 33 cases in each group.The psychological status[self-rating depression scale(SDS)and selfrating anxiety scale(SAS)],sleep situation(CPC sleep quality assessment system)and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]before and after the nursing,adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The SDS score,SAS score,PSQI score and total sleep time,deep sleep time of two groups before nursing were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the SDS score,SAS score and PSQI of process group after the nursing were significantly lower than those of reference group,the total sleep time and deep sleep time of process group were significantly longer than those of reference group,the incidence of adverse reactions of process group was significantly lower than that of reference group,there were no statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of flow nursing in the targeted treatment of malignant lymphoma is more conducive to improve the psychological state and sleep quality of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,so as to improve their quality of life,it has a high application value.
