摘要
目的:观察输血输液加温仪在食道癌根治术中的应用效果。方法:选取从医院进行全身麻醉手术治疗的108例食道癌手术患者为研究对象,按照随机分配原则分为实验组和对照组,对照组常规保暖下常温下直接输入液体,实验组在手术中除常规保暖外加用输血输液加温仪输液。结果:实验组患者术中体温的下降幅度,麻醉苏醒期寒颤、躁动的发生率,麻醉苏醒时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌手术中正确合理使用输血输液加温仪可有效避免术中低体温以及术后寒战、躁动的发生、降低麻醉苏醒时间,利于患者手术恢复。
Objective:To observe the application effect of blood transfusion and transfusion thermostat in the radical operation of esophageal cancer.Methods:108 cases of esophageal cancer surgery patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery in Hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In the control group,the fluid was directly infused at room temperature with conventional warming measure,and the experimental group was infused with a blood transfusion warming instrument in addition to the conventional warming measure during the operation.Results:The decrease of body temperature during operation,the incidence of shivering and restlessness during anesthesia awakening and the time of anesthesia awakening in control group were significantly higher than those in experimental group.Conclusion:The correct and reasonable use of blood transfusion and infusion heater during operation can effectively avoid the occurrence of hypothermia during operation and postoperative shivering and restlessness,and reduce the time of anesthesia recovery,which is beneficial to the recovery of patients during operation.
