集束化护理在预防妇科恶性肿瘤患者静脉留置针堵管中的应用

Application of cluster nursing in preventing venous indwelling needle blockage in patients with gynecological malignant tumor

目的:探讨集束化护理在预防妇科恶性肿瘤患者静脉留置针堵管中的应用效果。方法:成立安全输液小组,针对妇科恶性肿瘤患者静脉留置针存在堵管的问题进行改进,实施集束化护理。并将改进前后的情况进行比较。结果:妇科恶性肿瘤患者静脉留置针堵管的发生率由实施前的20.71%降低至5.98%,患者满意度由原来的72.22%上升至96.63%。结论:通过集束化护理预防了妇科恶性肿瘤患者静脉留置针的堵管,提高了护士的安全输液意识,减少了护理纠纷,提高了患者的满意度,使护理质量持续改进。

Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing in preventing venous indwelling needle blockage in patients with gynecological malignant tumors.Methods:a safe infusion group was established to improve the problem of tube blockage of venous indwelling needle in patients with gynecological malignant tumors,and the situation before and after improvement was compared.Results:the incidence of venous indwelling needle blockage in patients with gynecological malignant tumors decreased from 20.71%to 5.98%,and the patient satisfaction increased from 72.12%to 96.65%.Conclusion:cluster nursing can prevent the blockage of venous indwelling needle in patients with gynecological malignant tumor,improve nurses'awareness of safe infusion,reduce nursing disputes,improve patients'satisfaction and continuously improve the quality of nursing.
