高压共轨柴油机喷油系统硬件在环仿真研究

摘要 本文以索菲姆8140.43S型高压共轨柴油机为研究对象,针对喷油系统进行硬件在环仿真研究。通过建立相关模型,完成了LabVIEW环境下编写模拟量的采集程序,实验台测试过程中喷油信号的采集程序,模型调用程序等,同时还完善了信号的处理和存储模块的编制。通过试验,对高压共轨喷油进行仿真分析,结果表明开发的测试系统在控制脉宽方面能够满足实时性和控制精度的要求。 This paper takes SOFIM8140.43S high-pressure common rail diesel engine as the research object,and conducts hardware-in-the-loop simulation research on the fuel injection system.Through the establishment of related models,the acquisition program of the analog quantity written in LabVIEW environment,the acquisition program of fuel injection signal during the test of the experimental bench,the model calling program,etc.are completed.At the same time,the signal processing and the compilation of the storage module are also improved.Through experiments,the simulation analysis of high-pressure common rail fuel injection shows that the developed test system can meet the requirements of real-time performance and control accuracy in terms of pulse width control.
