我国物流上市企业资本结构与经营绩效关系的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Capital Structure and Operation Performance of Logistics Listed Enterprises in China

近年来,我国互联网科技水平处于高速发展阶段,消费者逐渐选择便捷的线上消费方式取代传统的线下消费,使得网络经济得到了迅速发展,物流企业作为网络经济流通环节的重要成员,在发展过程中其资本结构与经营绩效也在不断变化着。文章将以我国30家物流上市企业近5年的相关数据为样本,使用Eviews软件对其资本结构进行描述性统计,并对样本物流上市公司的资本结构与经营绩效间的关系进行实证分析,并得出结论;最后针对物流上市企业提出一些优化改进的意见,希望能对物流企业日后更好地发展和管理提供有价值的参考。

In recent years,the level of internet science and technology in China is in the stage of rapid development.Consumers gradually choose convenient online consumption to replace the traditional offline consumption,which makes the network economy develop rapidly.As an important member of the network economy circulation,logistics enterprises'capital structure and operating performance are constantly changing in the process of development.Based on the data of 30 listed logistics companies in recent five years,this paper uses Eviews software to make descriptive statistics on their capital structure,and makes empirical analysis on the relationship between capital structure and business performance of the sample listed logistics companies,and draws a conclusion;Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization and improvement of listed logistics enterprises,hoping to provide valuable reference for the better development and management of logistics enterprises in the future.
