摘要
自动化已经渗透进现代物流中的方方面面,机器视觉的加入使得物流系统更加智能化,极大地提高了生产效率。为了能够使不同尺寸的工件实现自动化的组装和入库,文章基于机器视觉设计了一整套自动化物流系统。首先,机器视觉对工件进行检测和分类,并进行定位,然后,将工件的坐标信息发给PLC,PLC再对信息进行解析,并发送相应的指令给机器人,最终机器人实现对工件的智能组装和入库。该物流系统提高了物流的自动化程度和工作效率,节省了大量劳动力。
Automation has penetrated into all aspects of modern logistics.The addition of machine vision makes the logistics system more intelligent and greatly improves production efficiency.In order to realize the automated assembly and storage of work pieces of different sizes,this paper designs a complete set of automated logistics system based on machine vision.First,machine vision detects and classifies the workpiece,and locates it.Then,the coordinate information of the workpiece is sent to the PLC.The PLC analyzes the information and sends the corresponding instructions to the robot.Finally,the robot realizes the intelligent assembly and positioning of the workpiece warehousing.The logistics system improves the automation and work efficiency of logistics and saves a lot of labor.
