摘要
应用DEA-Tobit模型对2014~2019年间福建省沿海4大港口的物流效率和影响因素进行分析。研究结果表明:厦门港和泉州港近年来达到DEA有效,福州港的纯技术效率值较低,但进步明显。莆田港因为规模效率偏低,导致综合技术效率较低。港口货物吞吐量、腹地集疏运能力对物流效率贡献较大,而基础设施因素呈负向影响。外部环境因素中GDP、第三产业占比、进出口总额对综合技术效率和纯技术效率均不显著,但对规模效率有显著影响。
Use DEA-Tobit model to analyze the logistics efficiency and influencing factors of four coastal ports in Fujian province from 2014 to 2019.The results show that Xiamen port and Quanzhou port have achieved DEA efficiency in recent years.The pure technical efficiency of Fuzhou port is low,but the progress is obvious.The comprehensive technical efficiency of Putian port is poor because of the lower scale efficiency.Port cargo throughput and hinterland collection and distribution capacity contribute to logistics efficiency,while infrastructure factors have a negative impact.Considering the external environment factors,GDP,the proportion of the tertiary industry and the total amount of import and export have no significant impact on the comprehensive technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency,but have a significant impact on the scale efficiency.
