摘要
本文基于发展质量视角,以我国2009~2018年30个省、市及自治区的物流产业面板数据为样本,通过DEA模型和Malmquist指数模型分别测算了中国区域物流产业静态效率和动态效率变化,并利用Moran's I指数模型对我国区域物流产业效率的空间相关性进行检验。研究发现:在观测年份内,我国区域物流产业效率呈波动上升状态,但地区间效率差异较大,具体表现为“东强西弱”的格局;Malmquist指数表现出升降相继、涨落相连的特征,且该指数主要受技术进步影响;Moran's I指数验证了我国物流区域物流产业的发展存在空间正相关性,空间集聚模式主要为H-H型、L-L型,形成了“高—低”集聚的显著二元结构。
Based on the perspective of development quality,this paper takes the panel data of 30 provinces,cities and autonomous regions of China from 2009 to 2018 as samples,calculates the static and dynamic efficiency changes of China's regional logistics industry through DEA model and Malmquist index model,and tests the spatial correlation of regional logistics industry efficiency in China by Moran's I index model.The results show that:in the observation year,the efficiency of China's regional logistics industry fluctuates and rises,but there is a big difference in the efficiency among regions,which is embodied in the pattern of“strong in the east and weak in the west”;Malmquist index shows the characteristics of successive ups and downs,and the index is mainly affected by technological progress.Moran's I index verifies that the development of regional logistics industry in China has a positive spatial correlation,and the spatial agglomeration patterns are mainly H-H and L-L,forming a significant dual structure of“high-low”agglomeration.
