干扰对黔中地区马尾松林土壤球囊霉素的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探究干扰对森林生态系统组成、结构和功能产生的影响,进一步认识森林干扰的成因与后果,以贵州省马尾松林3种干扰方式(采脂、去除凋落物和火灾)样地的土壤为研究对象,测定球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白(GRSP)含量和土壤养分指标,揭示不同干扰方式马尾松林土壤GRSP含量特征及其与土壤养分因子间的相关关系。结果表明:马尾松林土壤GRSP含量随土层深入存在显著性差异变化,且表层与下层间最为明显(P<0.05);相比对照样地,不同干扰类型马尾松林土壤GRSP响应干扰的变化规律存在明显差异。其中,采脂马尾松林在土壤表层(0~20 cm)中易提取球囊霉素(EE-GRSP)和总球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白(T-GRSP)含量显著高于未采脂马尾松林(P<0.05),但在20~40 cm和40~60 cm土层则无显著性差异;去除凋落物与未去除凋落物马尾松林土壤GRSP各指标间未表现出显著性差异;火灾马尾松林在0~20 cm土层的EE-GRSP和T-GRSP含量显著高于未火灾马尾松林(P<0.05),在20~40 cm和40~60 cm土层则无显著性差异;相对于干扰下的马尾松林,对照样地马尾松林土壤GRSP与各土壤养分指标间的相关关系更为密切。干扰是马尾松林土壤GRSP含量与分布的重要影响因素。 To explore the effect on the composition,structure,and function of forest ecosystems by disturbance,and to further understand the causes and consequences of forest disturbance,three disturbance types of Pinus massoniana forests(resin tapping,litter removal,and fire hazard)were chosen in central Guizhou.This study analyzed glomalin-related soil protein(GRSP)and nutrient indexes to indicate the characteristics of GRSP content and distribution,and the relationship between GRSP and nutrient indexes.The results showed that the GRSP content in P.massoniana forests exhibited significant differences between soil layers,mainly between the surface layer and the lower layer of soil.The variation of GRSP content response to different disturbance types in P.massoniana forests was significantly different from that in the control field.The contents of easily extracted GRSP(EE-GRSP)and total GRSP(T-GRSP)in the soil surface layer(0-20 cm)of P.massoniana forest with resin tapping were significantly higher than of the non-resin tapping P.massoniana forest(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm soil layers.There was also no significant difference in GRSP content between litter removal and non-litter removal P.massoniana forests.The contents of EE-GRSP and T-GRSP in the 0-20 cm soil layer in the fire hazard P.massoniana forest were significantly higher than that in the non-fired hazard P.massoniana forest(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm soil layers.Compared with the disturbed P.massoniana forest,the correlation between GRSP content and nutrient indexes was closer in the undisturbed P.massoniana forest.Disturbance is an important factor affecting GRSP content and distribution in P.massoniana forests.
