方形夹具在线切割切槽的应用

摘要 当前对于国内使用的非标准螺钉开口槽的加工,通常精度要求不高时,采用铣床铣开口槽的方式;精度要求高时,需采用线切割进行开口槽的加工。前者加工简单,安装定位要求低,但生产效率比较低,且容易产生不良品。后者加工精度相对较高,但装夹找正困难,同样生产效率低,易产生不良品,甚至废品。经过研究,设计了方形夹具,用以解决此问题,满足了使用需求。 At present,for the machining of non-standard screw driving groove used in China,when the accuracy requirement is not high,the way of milling driving groove with milling machine is adopted;when the precision requirement is high,the driving groove shall be processed by wire cutting.The former has simple processing,low installation and positioning requirements,but low production efficiency and easy to produce defective products.The latter has relatively high machining accuracy,but it is difficult to clamp and align,the production efficiency is low,and it is easy to produce bad products or even waste products.After research,a square fixture is designed to solve this problem and meet the use needs.
