TS-6012 is a high-performance deep groove ball bearing with a rotating speed of up to 12000 rpm.The vibration speed and acceleration requirements are V4 and Z4.The detection values of vibration speed and acceleration of the complete set of bearings exceed the standard.Through the test,the causes creating the excessive vibration value are analyzed,and the corresponding rectification measures are formulated to make the bearing meet the requirements of vibration speed and acceleration.
