对ASMEⅧ-12019新增条款UHX-4(h)的解读和探讨

Interpretation and Discussion of New Provision UHX-4(h)in Edition 2019 ASMEⅧ-1

ASMEⅧ-1是国际上应用广泛的压力容器建造规范,现行2019版规范有一系列修订,其中UHX篇中新增了UHX-4(h)条款:规定当管板与筒体连接为一整体时,不允许在邻近管板距离1.8(Dt)^(1/2)区域内开设大于30%筒体内径的开孔;但管板如采用简支法计算时,没有开孔限制。由于在我国现行的GB/T 151—2014标准中并无类似规定,通过对其进行解读和探讨,以引起国内工程设计人员在遇到此类情况时多加注意。

ASMEⅧ-1 is internationally and widely used pressure vessels construction code.In 2019 version of this code there are a series of revisions,such as that in part UHX there is added UHX-4(h).In the provision any opening on cylinder,which has the diameter larger than 30%of cylinder diameter and located within 1.8(D×t)^(1/2) of the scope close to the joint with tubesheet is impermissible.But this limit does not apply when the tubesheet is calculated as being simply supported.Since there is no similar provision in Chinese standard GB/T 151-2014,it was interpreted and discussed in this article so as to attract more attention from domestic engineering designers when encountering such conditions.
