摘要 导向悬臂梁法是一种管道柔性手动计算方法,用于评估给定管道柔性和支架位置与形式。既可用于热位移分析,也可用于附加位移分析。说明了导向悬臂法的原理,并通过CAESARⅡ验证了其安全性,最后结合实际工程举例对其应用进行说明。该方法便捷实用,适合石油化工装置的管系柔性和支架设计快速判断。导向悬臂法也适用于压力管道GB/T 20801.3—2020中规定需要目测或简单分析的管道系统。 Guided cantilever method is a kind of manual calculation method for pipeline flexibility analysis,which is used to evaluate the given pipeline flexibility and support position and form.It can be used for both thermal displacement analysis and additional displacement analysis.In this paper,the principle of guided cantilever method was explained,and its safety was verified by using CAESAR II.Finally,the application of the method in engineering was illustrated with an example of practical project.This method is convenient and practical in use,and it is also suitable for rapid judgment of piping flexibility and support design in petrochemical plants.Guided cantilever method is also applicable to the pipeline system with visual inspection or simple analysis requirement specified in GB/T 20801.3—2020.
