Design of Chain Workflow Framework for OA System Based on Microservices

OA系统即办公自动化系统,是目前主流的在线交互协同应用软件,工作流系统是OA系统应用软件的核心。本文分析传统OA系统架构的弊端、微服务的发展演变以及OA流程的关键问题,提出了一套基于微服务的OA系统链式工作流框架和架构选型,应用IT技术来规范工作流程,提高执行效率和准确度,使工作更加高效、规范、稳健。

OA system is the office automation system,which is currently the mainstream online interactive collaborative application software,and the workflow system is the core of the OA system.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional OA system architecture,the development and evolution of microservices,and the key issues of OA processes,and proposes a set of microservice-based OA system chain workflow framework and architecture selection,and applies IT technology to standardize the workflow and improve execution efficiency and accuracy make the work more efficient,standardized and stable.
