摘要
经历了突如其来的疫情,高校教师普遍更加关注在线教学和混合教学领域,所带来的高校教师应对在线教学的教育技术应用能力发展与当前高校教师教学培训路径与模式不对称,通过为教师设计个性化的能力提升路径,并在此路径的指导下开发校本培训课程现代教育技术应用,取得良好的培训效果。
Experienced a sudden outbreak,college teachers generally pay more attention to the field of online teaching and blended teaching.Therefore,the development of college teachers’ability to deal with the application of educational technology in online teaching is asymmetric with the training path of college teachers.We design the path to improve teachers’personalized ability,and under the guidance of this path,the school-based training course Application of Modern Educational Technology is developed,and has achieved excellent result.
