多学科交叉复合成为当下趋势。针对我国高校土建类专业发展面临的问题,结合高校土建类专业的发展实际,分析土建类研究生人才培养现状,并基于创新型复合型人才培养目标,探讨创新型人才培养的策略,以期通过教育改革推动土建类专业发展,从而满足社会对土建类人才的需求。

Multidisciplinary cross-compound has become the current trend.In view of the development of civil engineering in colleges and universities are faced with the problem,combined with the actual development of college of civil engineering,this paper puts forward the present situation analysis of civil engineering graduate talent training,to determine the personnel training of the talents cultivation target and explore innovative talent cultivation strategy,in order to through the education reform,promote the development of civil engineering,meet the social demand for civil engineering talents.
