后疫情时代中韩经济合作的挑战与前景--兼论相互依赖关系

Challenges and Prospects of China-ROK Economic Cooperation in the Post COVID-19 Pandemic Era-Also about the economic interdependence

新冠肺炎疫情在全球扩散导致国际经济合作不确定性显著增加,疫情冲击、全球价值链重塑、中美战略博弈等多重因素相互叠加影响,给中韩经济合作带来挑战。后疫情时代,中韩合作面临贸易增速趋缓,中美战略博弈的外溢影响,韩国对华合作认知趋于负面等现实挑战。虽然文在寅政府表现出逐渐加强韩美合作的态势,尝试利用疫情与中美博弈加速其供应链调整,但在中韩紧密关联的生产结构下,韩国调整对华经济依赖存在限度。中国经济复苏将为韩国走出萧条提供重要动力,韩国亦是我国推进高水平对外开放的重要合作伙伴,后疫情时代深化两国合作具有重要战略意义。

The spread of COVID-19 increased uncertainty of international economic coopera-tion.Multiple factors such as COVID-19,the reshaping of the global value chain and stra-tegic competition between China and the US are superimposed on each other,posing chal-lenges to China-ROK economic cooperation.In the post COVID-19 era,China and the ROK economic cooperation faces challenges like slowdown in trade growth,spillover effect of the China-US strategic competition and the growing negative voices from ROK to the cooperation with China.Although Moon jae-in's administration is showing a tendency to strengthen the ROK-US cooperation and speed up its supply chain adjustment,there is a limit for ROK to adjust its economic dependence on China under the closely linked production structure.China's economic recovery will provide a driving force for ROK to get out of the depression,and the ROK will be an important partner for China to promote the high-level openingup.It is of great strategic value to deepen the bilateral economic cooperation in the post Pandemic era.
