摘要
针对临兴区块裸眼水平井分段压裂过程中存在的裂缝起裂位置不确定、管柱携液能力差等问题,提出了套管固井连续油管分段压裂技术,优化了工具参数、水力喷砂射孔参数、压裂施工参数及配套工艺参数。通过水力喷枪、封隔器、接箍定位器等井下工具的组合应用来实现喷砂射孔、封隔分层、连续油管精确定位与环空大排量注入,只需一趟管柱作业即可完成多层射孔、压裂等作业,压裂级数不受限制。
Aiming at the problems of uncertain fracture initiation position and poor liquid carrying capacity of pipe string during staged fracturing of open hole horizontal wells in Linxing block,the casing cementing+coiled tubing staged fracturing technology is proposed,and the tool parameters,hydraulic sand blasting perforation parameters,fracturing construction parameters and supporting process parameters are optimized.Coiled tubing staged fracturing technology aims to realize sand blasting perforation,sealing and layering,accurate positioning of coiled tubing and large displacement injection in annulus through a combination of downhole tools such as hydraulic spray gun,packer and coupling locator.
