SS716阀片钢的冶炼及热处理工艺试验研究

摘要 在真空感应电弧炉中冶炼SS716阀片钢,用二辊轧机进行热轧工艺试验,将钢锭轧制成10 mm厚的钢材;然后,采用不同的热处理工艺对钢材进行热处理。研究表明,当其他热处理条件相同时,随着淬火温度的升高,钢材的硬度先升高后降低;随着回火温度的升高,钢材的硬度先升高后降低;随着回火保温时间的持续,钢材硬度变化不大。最佳热处理条件是淬火温度1080℃、回火温度450℃、回火保温时间3.5 h,此时钢材的硬度最高。 SS716 valve steel is smelted in vacuum induction arc furnace,and then the ingot is rolled into 10 mm thick steel by two high rolling mill.Then the steel is heat treated by different heat treatment schemes.The results show that with the increase of quenching temperature,the hardness of steel first increases and then decreases.With the increase of tempering temperature,the hardness of steel first increases and then decreases.With the duration of tempering holding time,the hardness of steel has little change.The best heat treatment conditions are quenching temperature 1080℃,tempering temperature 450℃,tempering holding time 3.5 h,where the hardness of steel is the highest.
