Narrative Medicine Stepping into"the Deep Waters"

从叙事医学的核心要义出发,梳理了叙事医学在中国从引入、发展到初具规模的十年不平凡发展历程,展现了十年间叙事医学在学理探索、建制拓展、社会影响等方面的积淀,展望了未来十年叙事医学发展的2.0思路,不仅需要原点(共情、反思、医患交往、复调叙事)深化,还要贴近慢病时代的新特征,尤其是要在人文实验室的探索方面谋篇布局,助推中国特色的叙事医学新格局的开创。

Starting from the core principles of narrative medicine,the paper combed the extraordinary journey of narrative medicine in the past ten years in China,from introduction,development,to maturity gradually.It reveals a decade of accomplishment of narrative medicine in doctrinal exploration,system development and social impact.Looking ahead of narrative medicine 2.0 in the next decade,it needs to deepen the origin(empathy,reflection,doctor-patient communication,polyphonic narrative),working on the features of the chronic disease times,especially the exploration of humanities laboratory,promoting a new pattern of narrative medicine with Chinese characteristics.
