摘要
在医疗纠纷处理中,医务人员在经历纠纷过程中的主观感受与需求往往被忽略。为了能够给予医务人员必要的支持与援助,通过对医务人员在经历医疗纠纷时的援助需求进行调查并分析讨论,进一步证实了医疗纠纷对于医务人员会产生压力,并有可能产生远期的不良影响,多数医务人员希望在发生医疗纠纷时得到援助。针对上述问题建议医院建立医疗纠纷当事人心理援助渠道;对于纠纷处理与预防加强内部培训;医疗纠纷处理过程中还应当更加完善纠纷处置管理制度,重视医疗纠纷当事人的公平感。
In the treatment of medical disputes,the subjective feelings and needs of medical staff are often ignored.In order to provide necessary support and assistance to medical personnel,through the investigation,analysis and discussion of the assistance needs of medical personnel in medical disputes,it is further confirmed that medical disputes will exert pressure on medical personnel and may have long-term adverse effects.Most medical personnel long for assistance in medical disputes.In view of the above problems,it is suggested to establish psychological assistance channels for the parties involved in medical disputes;to strengthen internal training on dispute handling and prevention;to improve the dispute handling management system and pay attention to the fairness of the parties in medical disputes.
