摘要
为给出仅需厂商给定数据且准确的本征薄层异质结光伏电池输出特性曲线,以两个2次贝塞尔函数对本征薄层异质结电池特性曲线最大功率点左、右两侧分别建模,以迭代算法的数值结果为基准,给出了11种不同本征薄层异质结光伏电池最佳控制点下的贝塞尔曲线建模结果,进一步找出贝塞尔曲线最佳控制点位置与本征薄层异质结电池填充因子之间的线性函数;最后,利用5种新的本征薄层异质结电池对此函数关系进行验证,并与其他方法的建模精确度进行了对比分析,结果验证了所提建模方法的准确性和有效性。
To give an accurate output characteristic curve of the heterojunction with intrinsic thin-layer(HIT)photovoltaic(PV)cell with the data only supported by the manufacturers,two quadric Bézier functions are used to model the left and right sides of the maximum power point of the characteristic curve of the HIT cells.The Bézier curve modeling results for 11 different optimal control points of HIT photovoltaic cells were given based on the numerical results of the iterative algorithm,and the linear function between the optimal control point position of Bézier curve and the filling factor of HIT cells was proposed.Finally,five new HIT cells were used to verify the proposed function relationship,and the modeling accuracy was compared and analyzed with other models.The results verify the validity and accuracy of the proposed method.
