国际比较视野下的开放大学非学历教育发展趋势

Research on the Development Trend of Non-degree Education in Open Universities from an International Comparative Perspective

为满足大众多元化的教育需求,开放大学成为了全国高校的重要组成部分。开放大学必须培养敏感的“嗅觉”,顺应社会发展趋势,形成自身特色的非学历教育体系。在分析英国、日本等国家开放大学非学历教育发展特色的基础上,对比我国开放大学非学历教育现状,提出开放大学非学历教育的发展趋势:非学历教育与学历教育深度融合;教学内容的高端化、普及化、个性化和休闲娱乐化;注重教学的社会效益。

In order to meet the diversified educational needs of the public,open universities have become an important part of the national universities.Open universities must cultivate a sensitive“sense of smell”,conform to the trend of social development,and form a non-degree education system with its own characteristics.On the basis of analyzing the development characteristics of non-degree education in open universities in the United Kingdom,Japan and other countries,and comparing the status of non-degree education in open universities in China,the development trend of non-degree education in open universities has been put forward:deep integration of non-degree education and degree education;high-end,popularized,personalized and recreational teaching content;paying attention to the social benefits of teaching.
