“以赛促学”作为职业技能竞赛的功能性价值已在业界形成普遍共识,成为职业教育办学主体和职业教育从业者积极倡导、大力推广与办好职业技能竞赛的应然逻辑。在实践中,为阻遏“赛”“学”两张皮现象、避免“以赛促学”成为口号式的抽象表达,让“以赛促学”落实落地、真正成为提升人才培养质量的“助推器”,“以赛促学”在广度上应做到专业、学生和素质“三全”覆盖;在深度上应实现学习态度、学习方式和学习内容“三变”转化;在效度上应呈现人才培养质量提高和毕业生职业适应性增强的“两果”生成。
