摘要 “以赛促学”作为职业技能竞赛的功能性价值已在业界形成普遍共识,成为职业教育办学主体和职业教育从业者积极倡导、大力推广与办好职业技能竞赛的应然逻辑。在实践中,为阻遏“赛”“学”两张皮现象、避免“以赛促学”成为口号式的抽象表达,让“以赛促学”落实落地、真正成为提升人才培养质量的“助推器”,“以赛促学”在广度上应做到专业、学生和素质“三全”覆盖;在深度上应实现学习态度、学习方式和学习内容“三变”转化;在效度上应呈现人才培养质量提高和毕业生职业适应性增强的“两果”生成。 he functional value of“promoting learning by competition”as a vocational skill competition has formed a general consensus in education circle.It has become the logic of the main body of vocational education and vocational education practitioners to actively advocate,promote and run the vocational skill competition.In practice,in order to curb the phenomenon of“competition”and“learning”and avoid“promoting learning with competition”as an abstract expression of slogan,let“promoting learning with competition”be implemented and truly become a“booster”to improve the quality of talent training.“Promoting learning with competition”should cover the“three aspects”of majors,students and quality in breadth;in depth,the transformation of learning attitudes,learning methods and learning content should be realized in the“three changes”;in terms of validity,it should present the“two results”of improving the quality of talent training and enhancing graduates’professional adaptability.
