融合地方民族特色文化的职业院校STEAM+F课堂教育教学模式探究

摘要 当今职业教育快速发展,职业教育在培养职业人才的同时,存在着课堂教学模式陈旧、教材内容缺乏职业性、育人目标不充实、产教融合联结方式薄弱、地方特色文化不鲜明、大一统问题严重等问题,结合地方民族特色文化与STEAM教育教学理念相结合,通过职业院校课堂教育教学实践,探索出了融合地方民族特色文化的大课堂大教学相结合、反渗透教学法、融合课程编制、建立传承人家长学校、校企互换学习制的STEAM+F课堂教育教学模式,以优化职业院校课堂教育教学模式,实现职业院校育人目标。 Vocational education is developing rapidly today.While vocational education is cultivating professional talents,there are still problems such as outdated classroom teaching models,lack of professionalism in teaching materials,inadequate education goals,weak integration of production and education,indistinct local characteristic culture,and serious problems of unification.Through classroom teaching practice in vocational colleges,combining local ethnic characteristic culture and STEAM education concepts,this paper explores the STEAM+F classroom education and teaching mode of large classroom teaching that integrates local ethnic culture,reverse osmosis teaching method,integrated curriculum development,establishment of inheritor parent school,school-enterprise exchange learning,so as to optimize the teaching mode of classroom education and achieve the goal of cultivating people in vocational colleges.
