民居建筑学学科理论研究的新时代探索

The Discipline Theory Research of the People’s Livable Architecture in the New Era

民居建筑学的研究对象是特定时空范围内的人民居住现象及其演变规律。新时代民居建筑学在多学科融合与交叉的背景下,呈现出以居住性建成环境为核心,以古今城乡聚落的建成环境为主导,以人民居住性为本质的一种学科发展进路。新时代民居建筑学发展,不仅要注重对人居环境学科“居住性”核心要义的关注,也应积极尝试融入国际人居环境科学研究的自学科与多学科融合发展浪潮,通过学科建构与理论阐释以丰富研究对象、研究内容的内涵与外延,完善研究方法与学科理论体系。从民居建筑学“民”中的“民族性”“民间性”“人民性”以及“居”的“居住性”四种理论属性入手,探讨新时代“民居建筑学”学科建构视阈下的基本理论问题,明确其在新时代的多学科融合特点,提出当前阶段民居建筑学学科理论建构与科学阐释可着手的三大任务,尝试共同开拓新时代中国特色建筑学学科建设及人居环境科学发展的中国路径。

The research object of the discipline is livable phenomenon and its evolution law in a specific time and space.Under the background of multi-disciplinary integration and intersection,the disciplines of the new era present a discipline development approach centered on the built-in living environment,dominated by the built-in environment of ancient and modern urban and rural settlements,and based on the inhabitability of the people.In the new era,the discipline should not only pay attention to the core meaning of the“living”of the human settlement environment discipline,but also actively try to integrate into the development wave of self-discipline and multi-disciplinary integration of the international human settlement environment science research.This discipline enriches the connotation and extension of research objects,research content,and perfects research methods and discipline theoretical system through discipline construction and theoretical interpretation.This article starts with the four attributes in Min Ju.The subject explores the basic theoretical issues of the new era and clarifies its characteristics of multi-disciplinary integration in the new era.This article proposes three major tasks that can be undertaken in the theoretical construction and scientific interpretation of the discipline of residential architecture at the current stage.This article attempts to open up a Chinese path for the construction of architecture disciplines with Chinese characteristics and the scientific development of human settlements in the new era.
