摘要 在文化与旅游深度融合背景下,中国旅游业不断向内发力,红色旅游成为弘扬传统文化和促进社会经济增长的突破口。推动红色旅游高质量发展必须加快构建红色旅游产业生态圈。红色旅游产业生态圈是由相关主体、环境以及功能构成共同作用形成的系统化、多元化、多维度、高效益的生态系统。本研究剖析了红色旅游产业生态圈的价值维度,从生产维、服务维、资源维、驱动维、公共维五个维度分析了红色旅游产业生态圈循环共创、竞争合作的作用机制,进一步地从品牌引领策略、融合推进策略、价值共创策略三个方面为红色旅游产业生态圈实现高质量可持续发展提供思路。 Under the background of in-depth integration of culture and tourism development,China's tourism industry is constantly making efforts inward,and Red Tourism has become a breakthrough for economic growth.As a special and important form of tourism,Red Tourism can not only effectively promote economic growth,but also enhance people's spiritual and cultural strength,which has important social,cultural and economic benefits.However,the development of Red Tourism also has some problems,such as imperfect management mechanism,insufficient product competitiveness and insufficient industrial integration.The high-quality development of Red Tourism is faced with transformation and upgrading.Red Tourism must seek breakthrough and development in the new era,and constantly meet people's growing tourism needs.To promote the high-quality development of Red Tourism,we must speed up the construction of red tourism industry ecosystem.Red tourism industry ecosystem originates from the concept of biosphere in geology.According to the action law of energy flow and material circulation in biosphere,the biosphere can be divided into four parts:producer,consumer,decomposer and non-living environment.The purpose of constructing the red tourism industry ecosystem is to strengthen the connection between the elements of red tourism industry by referring to the material circulation in the natural ecosystem,promote the optimization and upgrading of the structure of the red tourism industry to realize the sustainable development of Red Tourism.As an analogy of the biosphere,the red tourism industry ecosystem is a systematic,diversified,multi-dimensional and high-benefit ecosystem formed by the joint action of related subjects,related environments and functions.Among the relevant subjects,producers refer to enterprises providing tourism products and services,consumers include intermediaries and tourism consumers,and distributors include government agencies,industry management associations,financial institutions,information technology platforms and other organizations or institutions.Relevant environments refer to the political,economic,ecological,cultural,social and technological environment that affects the development of the red tourism industry ecosystem.Functional composition refers to the circular flow of information,capital,talent and technology.This paper analyzes the value of the red tourism industry ecosystem,then analyzes the function mechanism of circular co-creation and competition cooperation of the red tourism industry ecosystem from the perspectives of production dimension,service dimension,resource dimension,driving dimension and public dimension.Then the mechanism model of red tourism industry ecosystem is constructed.Further,this paper provides ideas for the high-quality and sustainable development of the red tourism industry ecosystem from three aspects:brand leading strategy,integration promotion strategy and value co-creation strategy.
