装配式基层设置涂层与插板预防温缩裂缝试验

摘要 为减少沥青路面装配式基层的温缩裂缝,提高路面耐久性,根据装配式结构的特点,采用在基块侧面喷涂柔性耐候材料的方法包裹块体,利用涂层高伸展率吸收温缩应力。同时在基层纵向接缝间隔设置塑料插板阻断砂浆网格的连续性,在长春市开展涂层和插板试验,试验路段低温开裂指数分别降低到0.65和0.2,对减弱道路初期低温裂缝的发生有一定作用。 In order to reduce the temperature shrinkage cracks and improve the durability of the asphalt pavement,according to the characteristics of the fabricated structure,the method of spraying flexible weathering material on the side of the base block is used to wrap the block,and the high elongation of the coating is used to absorb the temperature shrinkage stress.At the same time, plastic plug-in plates were set at the interval of the longitudinal joints of the base to block the continuity of the mortar grid.The coating and plug-in plate tests were carried out in Changchun City,and the low temperature cracking index of the test section was reduced to 0.65 and0.2 respectively.It plays a certain role in weakening the occurrence of low-temperature cracks at the initial stage of the road.
