摘要 随着社会经济的高速发展,我国城市化建设进程不断加快,同时建筑规模也不断扩大,尤其在城市人口数量急剧增长的情况下,建筑的类型也越来越多样化。高层建筑是基于城市居住空间需求下所产生的新型建筑类型。对于高层建筑来讲,暖通设计是其中极为重要的组成部分,伴随着建筑中暖通能耗的逐渐增加,对环境造成了不小的影响,为能够响应国家节能降耗减排理念的要求,进行高层建筑暖通设计时需将节能降耗理念融入各个设计环节中,结合用户需求和工程实际进行优化改进。本文结合实际案例,针对高层建筑暖通设计进行简要的分析,得出为提高暖通设计水平,必须确定暖通空调设计方案,正确规划新风排风系统、空调水系统、防排烟系统等核心内容,以期为高层建筑暖通设计的改进和优化提供一点参考。 With the rapid development of social economy,the process of urbanization in my country has been accelerating,and the scale of buildings has also been expanding.Especially in the case of a rapid increase in the number of urban populations,the types of buildings have become more and more diversified.High-rise buildings are a new type of building based on the demand for urban living space.For high-rise buildings,HVAC design is an extremely important part of it.With the gradual increase in HVAC energy consumption in buildings,it has had a significant impact on the environment,in order to be able to respond to the requirements of the national concept of energy saving and emission reduction,when conducting HVAC design for high-rise buildings,it is necessary to integrate the concept of energy saving and consumption reduction into each design link,and optimize and improve according to user needs and actual engineering.Based on actual cases,this paper conducts a brief analysis of the HVAC design of high-rise buildings,it is concluded that in order to improve the HVAC design level,it is necessary to determine the HVAC design scheme,and correctly plan the fresh air exhaust system,air conditioning water system,smoke prevention and exhaust system,so as to provide some reference for the improvement and optimization of HVAC design in high-rise buildings.
