生态环保战略下住宅建筑的采暖计量方法研究

Research on Heating Measurement Method of Residential Building under the Strategy of Ecological Protection

生态环保战略下,供暖地区住宅建筑的供热计量收费是“行为节能”的主要手段,是供热节能减排的重要环节,通过对我国现有供热计量收费方法进行分析、研究,找到以“热量”为计量目标的技术路线无法实施的原因,创新提出以温度为计量目标的收费方法,建立温度与价格的数学关系模型,提出以“温度”为计量目标的技术路线,通过对长春莲花雅居居住小区的模拟实践及可行性分析,证明采用“温度”计量方法具有可行性。

Metering and charging is the main means of“behavioral energy saving”and an important link of heating energy saving and emission reduction since the implementation of the ecological and environmental protection policy.This article through to China existing heating metering methods are analyzed and researched,found in the“heat”for the cause of the technical ways of measuring target cannot be implemented.The charging method with temperature as the measurement target is innovatively proposed,the mathematical relationship model between temperature and price is established,and the technical route with“temperature”as the measurement target is proposed.Through the simulation practice and feasibility analysis of Lianhuayaju residential district in Changchun,it is proved that the measurement method with“temperature”is feasible.
