铁路桥梁承台墩身冬季混凝土施工工艺

摘要 铁路桥梁承台墩身混凝土的施工水平会直接影响整个桥梁工程的质量,而在铁路桥梁承台墩身混凝土施工中,温度的高低是影响施工水平的重要因素之一,在冬季时,混凝土承力强度会发生不同变化,同时还会出现受冻冷缩,进而影响承台墩身的施工质量。因此,必须从多方面入手,加强对铁路桥梁承台墩身冬季混凝土施工工艺的控制。本文依托实际工程,以混凝土原材料的选择和配比的确定为切入点,对铁路桥梁承台墩身冬季混凝土施工工艺展开研究,结合具体的施工环境和施工要求来确定施工方案的有效性,对施工后的混凝土的养护也需要做到位。只有这样才能够提高铁路桥梁承台墩身冬季混凝土施工技术的质量和效果。 The construction of railway bridge pile cap pier concrete of bridge deck level will directly affect the quality of the whole bridge engineering,and during the construction of railway bridge pile cap pier concrete of bridge deck,the temperature is one of the important factors that affect the level of construction,in the winter,the bearing strength of concrete will have different change,at the same time,there will be cold contraction,then the quality of the shafts of cofferdam construction.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the control of concrete construction technology of railway bridge pile cap pier in winter from many aspects.In this paper,based on the actual project,with the selection and ratio of concrete raw materials as the starting point,the railway bridge pier cap in winter concrete construction technology research,combined with the specific construction environment and construction requirements to determine the effectiveness of the construction program,the maintenance of concrete after construction also need to be done.Only in this way can we improve the quality and effect of winter concrete construction technology of railway bridge pier cap.
