深刻认识伟大建党精神的重大意义,准确把握伟大建党精神的基本内涵,继承和弘扬伟大建党精神,赓续党的光荣传统与红色血脉,是历史与时代赋予当代大学生的新使命。青年学生须在伟大建党精神引领下,坚定理想信念、锤炼实践品格、磨炼意志品质、锻造政治定力,不断建构起堪当民族复兴大任的正确价值观,在真理的力量、使命的召唤、奋斗的精神、人民的立场之下汇聚应有的政治品格。

It is a new mission for contemporary college students to deeply understand the significance of the great founding spirit of the CPC,accurately grasp its basic meaning,carry it forward,and continue the glorious tradition and inherit the revolutionary tradition of the Party.Under the guidance of the great founding spirit of the Party,young students must firstly adhere to their ideals and beliefs,temper their practical character and will quality,and forge their political determination.Secondly,they should constantly construct correct values firm enough to undertake the great task of national rejuvenation.Finally,they are expected to develop their due political character under the power of truth,the call of mission,the spirit of struggle and the position of the people.
