中国共产党密切干群关系的百年历程、基本经验与当代启示

CPC’s Century-Long Efforts,Basic Experience and Contemporary Enlightenment in Its Close Relationship Between Cadres and the Masses

干群关系是否和谐,关系到社会的和谐安定和国家的稳定发展。中国共产党密切干群关系的实践经历了新民主主义革命时期的初步探索、社会主义革命和建设时期的曲折前进、改革开放新时期的稳步发展以及新时代的成熟完善几个阶段。梳理中国共产党密切干群关系的百年奋斗历程可以得出正反两方面结论:一方面,密切的干群关系是社会主义革命和建设事业取得成功的基石;另一方面,隔阂的干群关系是社会主义革命和建设事业前进路上的绊脚石。中国共产党密切干群关系的百年奋斗历程和历史经验给予我们深刻启示:一是始终以人民为中心;二是坚持党的集中统一领导。

A harmonious relationship between cadres and the masses decides the harmony and stability of society and the stable development of the country.The practice of the CPC’s close relationship between cadres and the masses has experienced the preliminary exploration in the period of the new democratic revolution,the tortuous development in the period of socialist revolution and construction,the steady development in the new period of reform and opening up,and the maturity and perfection in the new era.Reflecting on the century-long efforts of CPC’s close relationship between cadres and the masses,we can draw two conclusions from two opposing sides:on the one hand,close relationship between cadres and the masses is the cornerstone of the success of socialist revolution and construction.On the other hand,the estranged relationship between cadres and the masses is a stumbling block on the way forward in the cause of socialist revolution and construction.This has given us profound enlightenment to deal with new issues in the relationship between cadres and the masses in the future:first,attention to be paid to centering around the people;second,adherence to the Party’centralized and unified leadership.
